During the past 24hrs, as preventive measures, minimization of other emergency consequences, firefighting and cleaning areas from the old munitions, 2298 come outs have been made by the emergency response units of the Ministry of Emergencies. There have been 196 emergency responses.
As a result of the undertaken measures, there have been rescued three people, saved 40 constructions and two tractor vehicles. Pyrotechnic teams from the Ministry of Emergencies extracted and disposed of two air bombs 14 artillery shells, ten mortar mines and four grenades dated back to WWII.

Chernivtsy Oblast
During 8-11 November, 23 children were admitted to the Children Clinical Hospital in Chernivtsy City with the diagnosis acute enterecolitis. All of them are in middle or in a light condition. Moreover, 15 children are under out-patient treatment.
The situation is under control of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in Chernivtsy Oblast.
Volyn Oblast
On November 11 MOE received information that 6 children were admitted to the hospital in Luhansk City with the diagnosis salmonellosis during November 7. The children are in middle or in a light condition. The cause of disease was bad quality food consumption.
The situation is under control of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in Volyn Oblast.
Unclassified Emergencies
Luhansk Oblast
Four miners sustained injures when mine car derailed in mine on 75 meters horizon as a result of violation of mine transport exploitation rules. The accident happened at 1555hrs, November 11 in Rovenki Town. The injured were taken to hospital.
The operational group from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in Luhansk Oblast worked on the site.
Summary of Emergencies
From the beginning of the year, there have been registered 261 emergencies, including 156 emergencies of industrial origin, and 105 emergencies of natural origin, in which 477 people died and 853 people have been injured.
Fires
According to available data, for the past 24hrs, there have been registered 194 fires, including 111 fires in the living areas, in which 11 people died.
Moreover, seven fires took place at the transport and there were six fires in the business facilities.
The fire destroyed 38 buildings, 10 tractor vehicles and 32,4 tons of forage.
The estimated loss from the fires is one million 989 thousand UAH, out of which 460 thousand UAH is considered as a direct loss.
Kharkiv Oblast
Two people died as a result of fire that started at 1340 hrs, November 11 at Merefa Town in two-stored living house. The sections from Fire State Service extinguished the fire at 2345 hrs. The cause of fire was smoking under alcohol intoxication.
The operational group from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in Rivne Oblast worked on the site.
Old Munitions Disposal
Kharkiv Oblast
An air bomb FAB-50 was extracted and disposed of at 1340 hrs, November 11. The monition was found at Mironivka Village of Bluznirskiy District during the ground works.
Altogether, for the past 24 hours, two pieces of munitions have been found in the territory of Ukraine, namely: an artillery shell and a grenade dated back to WWII.
Levels of Radiation in Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast
The radiation measures are stable. They do not exceed the norms in the ground and water. The average radiation level is 0,011 mR/hr in Kyiv, 0,012 mR/hr in Kyiv Oblast (the standard level is 0,050 mR/hr) and 0,029 mR/hr in Chornobyl (the acceptable threshold is 0,080 mR/hr).
