During the past 24hrs, as preventive measures, minimization of other emergency consequences, firefighting and cleaning areas from the old munitions, 1023 come outs have been made by the emergency response units of the Ministry of Emergencies. There have been 126 emergency responses.
As a result of the undertaken measures, there have been rescued three people, saved 37 constructions and two tractor vehicles. Pyrotechnic teams from the Ministry of Emergencies extracted and disposed of six artillery shells and three mines dated back to WWII.

Volyn Oblast
Three children 2004, 2006 and 2008 year of birth died as a consequence of fire that started at 1402hrs, November 29 at the private house in Solotvyn Village of Kovelskiy District. The fire was extinguished at 1502hrs by the two subdivisions of State Firefighting Service. The investigatory cause of the fire is stove heating disrepair.

Unclassified Emergencies
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
The breach of water-service pipe arose at the basement storey of Municipal Cultural Organization "Dniprovskiy Historical Museum named after D. Yavornytskyy" at 1220hrs, November 29 in Dnipropetrovsk City. Furniture and paints, which have been located on the basement storey, got harmed as the result of water influence. The breach was eliminated at 1840hrs by the Operational team of City Water Treatment Plant. The operation of Museum was not suspended.

Luhansk Oblast
Citizen V. Vondyak (1958 year of birth) who had worked by the demolition work expert at a coalmine, exploded the blasting agent at the private flat at a fifth floor of five-storied house apartment in Pervomaysk Town at 1843hrs, November 29. Citizen V. Vondyak in a grave condition was admitted to the City Hospital where died later. The load-carrying constructions of the building were not harmed. Other sufferers were not reported. Law-enforcement authorities have launched the investigation.

Ternopil Oblast
A person died and other seven were hospitalized in moderately grave conditions as a result of the traffic accident that happened at 0050hrs, November 30 near Berezhany Town. The "Fiat" microbus driver who had been carrying out the scheduled trip Stryy-Ternopil did not handle the vehicle and drove down to the road ditch.

Altogether for the past 24hrs, there have been registered 100 traffic accidents in the territory of Ukraine in which six people died and 118 got injuries.
Summary of Emergencies
From the beginning of the year, there have been registered 280 emergencies, including 171 emergencies of industrial origin, and 109 emergencies of natural origin, in which 513 people died and 922 people have been injured.
Fires
According to available data, for the past 24hrs, there have been registered 123 fires, including 86 fires in the living areas, in which 16 people died.
Moreover, four fires took place in the business facilities and there were 7 vehicle fires.
The fire destroyed 39 buildings, seven tractor vehicles and 16,2 tons of forage.
The estimated loss from the fires is one million 896 thousand UAH, out of which 680,6 thousand UAH is considered as a direct loss.
Rivne Oblast
Two people died as a result of fire that started at the private house in Peredily Village of Rivnenskiy District at 0956hrs, November 29. The cause of the fire is disrepair of the stove heating. The fire was extinguished at 1349hrs by the three subdivisions of State Firefighting Service.

Old Munitions Disposal
Kharkiv Oblast
Two artillery shells and three mortar mines dated back to WWII were disposed of by the pyrotechnic team of Operational and Rescue Squad №1 (Drohobych Town) at 1510hrs, November 29. The above-mentioned munitions were found in Lviv City during the ground works at Stryyska Str, 123 on November 28 .
Altogether, for the past 24hrs there have been revealed four pieces of munitions, namely: three artillery shells and a mine dated back to WWII.
Levels of Radiation in Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast
The radiation measures are stable. They do not exceed the norms in the ground and water. The average radiation level is 0,012 mR/hr in Kyiv, 0,012 mR/hr in Kyiv Oblast (the standard level is 0,050 mR/hr) and 0,027 mR/hr in Chornobyl (the acceptable threshold is 0,080 mR/hr).
